At Assouline, we strive for perfection in every luxury edition; however, if you are not entirely satisfied, we accept returns of unopened and pristine items within 14 days of delivery. Please note that personalized or bespoke orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our dedicated concierge team via our online portal with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the item in its original protective shrink-wrap and signature Assouline packaging to ensure it remains undamaged during transit.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Attach the pre-paid shipping label provided by our team to the exterior of the box, ensuring any previous shipping marks are fully covered.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our atelier inspects the returned item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method, typically within 7 to 10 business days.
